If you have an active project with J & K Business Aircraft Support, you will be assigned a folder within the J & K Business Aircraft web files which will contain your personal files.

When files have been placed in your folder and are ready for your review, you will receive an email from "Space Manager" with "SpaceMananger invitation" as the subject. This email will contain a link to allow you to access your personal folder and download documents, specs, and other materials relevant to your project.

The first time you receive a "Space Manager invitation" you will be prompted to create a User ID and Password, which is unique to you and will link you directly to your company's folder and files. Once you have logged into your folder you will see your documents and be able to download them to your computer for review.

After you have created your personal identification and password you will receive an email from our server at "Network Solutions" with "Your Order is Confirmed" as the subject. This is part of the initial logon process, so please disregard the references to "Charges" and "Future Charges" as these will always be $0.00 (zero).
